My personal coaching package is designed to give you one-on-one attention. It’s completely customized to fit your lifestyle. We’ll work intensively each week to design a lifestyle that will allow you to not only achieve your nutrition goals but maintain them.

The 1-on-1 coaching program is for you if you’re serious about reaching your goals and are willing to put in the effort required to get there!

  • Weekly Calls

    Once a week touch base call, to check in on your progress as well as answer any questions that you have.

  • Daily Lessons

    Educational material to help guide you and form lasting habits. These small education habit practices will build your nutritional knowledge that could be applied for the rest of your life.

  • Daily WhatsApp Check-ins

    Checking in with you twice a day and following up on how you have implemented your daily lesson. Answer any question that you might have, motivate and support.

  • Nutritional Blueprint

    A custom guide tailored to your nutritional goals. Giving you insight and a guidance on how to reach your goals.

When do you take on new clients?

One-on-one coaching is based on a first come first serve basis. Spots will become available as a client decides to no longer continue.

Do I get a meal plan?

No, I will teach you how to eat correctly for your goals and guide you to make adjustments when necessary.

Why should we join for 3 months?

Improving your relationship with food does not happen overnight. New habits take at least 3 months to learn. I require this timeframe in order to help you succeed.

What if I still need help after 3 months?

I offer a progress review at the end of your program so we can assess where you are in your food freedom journey and take it from there.
